Mustard-Orange Vinaigrette
This is a basic salad dressing recipe that can be used on just about anything. Make a big batch at the beginning of the week, and have a salad ready to go at any time!
¼ cup Balsamic or red wine vinegar1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard (although yellow or spicy brown will work too)
½ teaspoon grated orange zest
¼ teaspoon honey, or to taste
Generous pinch of Salt and pepper (to taste)
Dried spices or herbs of your choice (try dried basil or oregano, garlic or onion powder for some extra kick)
¾ cup good olive oil
